Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of GBMskin.com and to any purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Agreement to these terms

GBMskin.com (the "Site") is owned and operated by Supplies & More LLC ("GBMskin," "we," "us"). These Terms of service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Returns & refunds policy, form the agreement between you and us. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide. Orders are for personal use only, not for resale.

3. Our products

GBMskin products are cosmetics for external use. They are not drugs or medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease, or to affect the structure or function of the body. Statements on the Site describe how products may help skin, hair, lips and lashes look and feel; individual results vary.

We try to describe and show products as accurately as possible. Colors may look different on different screens, and packaging may change slightly over time. If the ingredient list on the product you receive differs from the Site, the list on the product label is the correct one.

4. Using our products safely

  • Read the full label, directions and warnings before use.
  • Patch test every new product on a small area of skin for 24 hours before first use.
  • Stop using a product and consult a doctor if you have irritation, redness, swelling or any other reaction.
  • Avoid contact with eyes unless the product directions say otherwise. Keep out of reach of children.
  • If you are pregnant, nursing, have a skin condition, have known allergies or are under a doctor's care, ask your healthcare provider before use.

The information on the Site is for general information only and is not medical advice.

5. Orders, pricing and availability

  • Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email and charge your payment method.
  • All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, products and promotions can change at any time without notice, but changes won't affect orders we've already confirmed.
  • We may limit quantities, and we may refuse or cancel any order, including after confirmation, for example if a product is out of stock, a price or description was listed in error, we suspect fraud or resale, or we can't verify your information. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier, subject to our Shipping policy.

6. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we don't store your full card details. You agree to pay all charges for your order, including shipping and any applicable taxes, at the prices in effect when you place it.

7. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes have no cash value, can't be combined unless we say so, may be limited to one use per customer, and may expire. Welcome codes are for first-time customers only. We may cancel codes or orders that we reasonably believe were obtained or used improperly.

8. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns, cancellations and refunds by our Returns & refunds policy. Both are part of these Terms.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site for anything unlawful or fraudulent; place orders with stolen payment information; buy products for resale without our written permission; interfere with the Site's security or operation, including through bots, scraping or testing card numbers; or copy, reproduce or misuse Site content.

10. Intellectual property

The GBMskin name and logo, product names, packaging designs, photos, text and other Site content are owned by or licensed to Supplies & More LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

11. Your content

If you send us reviews, photos, comments or suggestions, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display them in connection with our business. You confirm that your content is truthful, that you have the right to share it, and that it doesn't violate anyone's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion. Feedback and ideas may be used without obligation to you.

12. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee any particular result from using our products, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Some states don't allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supplies & More LLC and its owners, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that product or order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supplies & More LLC and its owners and employees from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our products.

15. Disputes and governing law

If you have a concern, please contact us first at hello@gbmskin.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly this way, and we ask that you give us 30 days to try to resolve a dispute informally before starting any formal proceeding.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Supplies & More LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable U.S. federal law. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies. You and we agree to bring claims only on an individual basis, to the extent permitted by law.

16. General terms

  • If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms isn't a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example as part of a sale of our business.
  • We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, natural disasters, supply shortages or outages.
  • These Terms and the policies they reference are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and your purchases.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top when we make changes.
